- Subscription: A paid plan providing access to premium features within the app, subject to the terms outlined in Section 4.
- Device: Any smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device capable of running the Mapful app.
- Permissions: The authorizations you grant the app to access specific device features, such as location services and notifications, to enable its core functionalities.
2. Introduction
Welcome to GPS Alarm! By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the app immediately.
GPS Alarm is provided by Mapfulness, and these Terms & Conditions govern your use of our app, including any premium subscription plans.
3. License to Use the App

4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device and app access. We recommend avoiding practices like jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and app functionality.
- Ensuring your device meets the minimum system requirements for using the app and keeping it updated.
- Managing permissions for location and notifications, which are required for app functionalities like GPS alarms and geofencing.
5. Subscriptions and Premium Features
GPS Alarm offers subscription plans for access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the terms specific to your chosen plan, including pricing, billing frequency, and auto-renewal:
- Subscription fees will be charged to your payment method at the start of the subscription period and will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
- No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period unless required by law.
6. Internet Connectivity and Charges
The app requires an active internet connection for certain features. Mapfulness is not responsible for interruptions or limited functionality due to lack of connectivity or data allowance. You are responsible for any charges incurred from your network provider, including roaming fees if you use the app outside your home territory.
7. Disclaimers
The GPS Alarm app is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, we make no warranties or guarantees, including but not limited to:
- That the app will meet your requirements or be free of interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies.
- That location-based features will provide accurate results, as they depend on third-party services and device hardware.
- That the app will not impact your device’s battery life or performance.
Mapfulness disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the use of the app.
8. Updates and Termination
We may update the app to enhance functionality, address security issues, or improve user experience. You agree to download updates when provided. Failure to update the app may result in limited functionality or loss of access to features.
We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any of its features at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:
- Your rights to use the app will end immediately.
- You must uninstall the app from your device.
